I had a great experience here. Everyone at check out was so nice and helpful. My hair wash and cut was done very well. I was nervous as it was my first time at the salon and the first time cutting my hair in 3 years but the stylist made me feel so comfortable

I got the best haircut I've had for a long time. Professional treatment by a true. I not only looked better when I left, I felt better. This Fantastic Sam’s is my favorite. It is easy to get to when travelling west on Ford Road as well as from North Sheldon Road. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. The staff is friendly, upbeat and caring. They are very good at what they do. I always have a good experience there. Today was exceptional because I had a better experience than usual! Lisa listened to me and cut my hair the way I needed it. She also helped me with my eyebrows and gave me a shampoo to boot. The place is kept clean and smells fresh. Though it was busy today the technicians were all cooperating and it was just a pleasure to be there. You can call ahead for an appointment if you wish but it is such a bright place I normally just drop. Their database actually works so I told them phone number and they my other visits all in order.
